Hi, I'm Caroline!

I have always loved fabric. Its colour, texture, pattern and its versatility. I have worked with it in one way or another since starting as a student, experimenting with shape, colour and composition, then on and off throughout my working life and into my spare time.

I often take on small scale furnishing and re-upholstery projects both at home and for customers and regularly have simple repair and alteration jobs on the go.

I have difficulty letting some clothes and fabrics go. It could be the colour, it could be the texture, it could be the pattern, it could be its sheer potential to be something else.

That's why Seams Random by Caroline was created, to give pre-loved and still loved items and fabrics another chance to be enjoyed again.
